Due to the perishable nature of cakes and baked goods, we do not offer general refunds once an item has been prepared or delivered. However, if a cancellation is requested at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery, we may offer a full refund. This allows us time to adjust inventory and minimize waste.
Custom cake orders, which include personalized messages, special designs, or unique flavors, are non-refundable once production has begun. These items are crafted to individual specifications and often require specialized ingredients or time-intensive decoration. If you need to cancel a custom order, please notify us no later than 72 hours in advance to qualify for a partial refund, depending on the stage of production.
If you are dissatisfied with your cake or order for any reason related to quality, taste, or presentation, we encourage you to report the issue within 24 hours of receipt. We may request a photo of the product and a detailed explanation of the concern. If we determine that the complaint is valid and the product did not meet our usual quality standards, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.
For cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery time, a refund is not guaranteed. This is because most cakes require preparation well in advance, and ingredients or labor may have already been allocated. In some cases, a partial refund or credit may be issued depending on how far along the order is in production.
Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to be completed, depending on your payment provider.
